A fully sealed compressor which pushes the boundaries
Developed to increase the efficiency of oil and gas recovery and to cut greenhouse gas emissions, the HOFIM® is setting new standards
This High-Speed Oil-Free Integrated Motor compressor (HOFIM®) combines the best of our proven technology with daring innovation and will work for you in the toughest of circumstances. It is used in pipelines, gas storage, gas export and in subsea applications. We have eliminated components such as dry gas seals, the lube oil system and gearbox, resulting in minimal maintenance requirements. The HOFIM® compressor package now features a high-speed induction motor coupled with the barrel-type compressor and active magnetic bearings (MECOS). Running with very low noise levels, it requires no warm-up and can withstand an unlimited number of starts.
The HOFIM® is also designed for wellstream gas and you can use it in other applications such as LNG, hydrogen and CO2 among others.

- Discharge pressure up to 303 bar (4,395 psi)

MOPICO®
State-of-the-art pipeline compression
This motor-driven pipeline compression system benefits our customers by working extremely reliably. It requires hardly any maintenance, so downtimes are minimal and gas can be transported without interruption. Its basic design relies on what we like to call the ultimate in conceptual simplicity: A single rotating element, two radial and one axial bearing, no couplings, no gearbox, no lube oil and no shaft seals to atmosphere. It is a hermetically sealed, integrated electric motor-compressor system. The MOPICO® allows for lowest capital, operating and maintenance costs and with low maintenance, unlimited starts and low noise level, boasts the same benefits as HOFIM®.

- Discharge pressure up to 150 bar (2200 psi)
- Inlet flow up to 30,000 m3/h (17,650 cfm)
