MAN Energy Solutions New Zealand is one of the largest Omnicare representatives at MAN Energy Solutions SE. We offer top-tier repairs and maintenance services for products regardless of brand or manufacturer. We are authorised service providers for CENTA couplings, MET turbochargers, and C.C.JENSEN lube oil filtration units. Our services include the development of customised maintenance plans that range from routine inspections, refits, and complete overhauls, to complex repairs in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Expert engineers are available both on-site and online to fulfil all service requests. In addition to this, we also supply spare parts and provide technical services for MAN marine high-speed products, which is a critical part of our Omnicare service.

Our company offers a variety of services for wind turbines including generator shaft recovery, yaw tooth repair/recovery, yaw ring repair/recovery, stud and thread recovery. With years of experience in mechanical repairs of ship engines and wind turbines across Europe and the UK, we have maintained the highest standards in engineering, engine design, repair and overhaul.
Our team of experts are trained to work up-tower, which is cost-effective as it eliminates the need to bring components down from the tower for repair. Customers can benefit from our overseas experience, specialist skill set, extensive knowledge, and quick deployment in the country.

We have two fully-functional workshops in Auckland and Nelson to ensure our customers across the North Island and South Island have access to local services in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Our workshops
Our Auckland workshop is located at the Naval Base in Devonport. It is currently the only navy base in New Zealand that operates ships. The naval base has been used since 1841. It is also close to Ports of Auckland (POAL) which is New Zealand’s largest container port supporting the country’s trade and growth.
Our Nelson workshop is located less than 10 km from Port Nelson which is the maritime gateway to Australasia’s biggest seafood processing hub. Nelson is a popular destination of yachts. South Island presents a majority of Omnicare potentials for MAN Energy Solutions New Zealand. It is also the home of nearly 495 wind turbines. Wind energy is key to New Zealand's energy future and the achievement of a net zero carbon emitting economy. New Zealand’s commitment towards a clean, green and sustainable environment is one of the first things that separates us from many countries across the globe.
