As OEM, we have equipped your turbomachinery with exactly the sensors needed to analyze its health and efficiency during the equipment life cycle. We continuously ensure that data collection components, transmission, and storage follow the highest security standards.
MAN CEON makes data actionable
The MAN CEON cloud-based digital platform leverages the data collected and makes critical insights available to users, using proven AI techniques such as machine learning to assess equipment health, generate alerts, and provide actionable insights to our engineers and users. Our algorithms are based on data gathered and developed in collaboration with Volkswagen Data:Lab over nearly 25 years. Combining AI with a continuous flow of high-quality data and our internal knowledge of your asset configurations allows for tailor-made expert insights at all times.


Where human and AI connect
The insights generated by our algorithms in the MAN CEON are streamed continuously to the MAN PrimeServ Remote Operations Center (ROC) via our dedicated user interface. Here, we translate complex data analysis into actionable visualizations and automatic alerts. These enable our staff in the PrimeServ ROC to identify and cluster critical operation conditions and reliably detect anomalies to evaluate the status of your machinery.
Always by your side
At our PrimeServ ROC, skilled service engineers monitor and evaluate any issues flagged by the algorithms. If action is required on site, we proactively notify your engineers and technicians and advise them as appropriate.
You have at your disposal:
- a dedicated service engineer fully familiarized with the setup, actual condition, and history of your machine
- an interdisciplinary expert team of data scientists and engineers
- additional support from a technical consulting team.

- Read-only interface: It is not possible for the control system to be written to or interacted with.
- Zero trust hardware and software: No USB, SSH1, or login facilities
- End-to-end encryption: Using the latest TLS2 technology to ensure secure transmission, ingestion, and processing of customer data. In accordance with IEC 62443, approved for Navy and Defense utilization.
- Secure cloud: Our hosting environment in Germany uses the latest in cyber security detection and prevention technology.
