At the PrimeServ Service Center Denmark, in the port of Frederikshavn, you get a personal technical project manager to support you with your service needs from the planning to project completion and beyond.
Project assessment
Our project managers have the technical know-how to assess the scope of the project according to your specific needs. For new customers, that means a thorough evaluation of the equipment, and even the service history, before we recommend action. We also consider the vessel location in relation to our network of European PrimeServ workshops.
One point of contact
Our project manager becomes your project manager. They will handle all your requests, and deal with all our internal teams: service engineers, workshop, spare parts, logistics. Everything that a project includes. Throughout the entire process, you have only one contact: one phone number, one email.
End-to-end service
Based on a thorough assessment of your needs, the project manager will quickly estimate costs and lead times. If anything unexpected happens during the project, it will be dealt with by the same PrimeServ project manager. They have the technical background to understand the details and will be with you all the way to invoicing and project review.Case Study
