3D Four-stroke Engine Viewer
The Engine Viewer is a software tool developed by MAN Energy Solutions to make the planning of engine rooms as reliable and comfortable as possible.
The Engine Viewer is a software tool developed by MAN Energy Solutios to make the planning of engine rooms as reliable and comfortable as possible. The concept is based on realistic, 3D models of our four-stroke, medium-speed engines (power range from 3,000 to 21,600 kW), developed especially for planning engine-room layouts. For precise drafts and layouts, the Engine Viewer also gives shipyards and engineering companies access to 2D drawings. After configuring a virtual engine, the user gets a model with isometric views and installation drawings including dismantling area and nozzle ports. A user-friendly navigation makes the data easy to download, in both 2D and 3D.
The Engine Viewer is available via Nexus, MAN Energy Solutions' extranet.
