Our well trained workshop team takes care of the overhaul/repair of your engine components at our facilities located to Perama - Piraeus.
All repairs are carried out using MAN Energy Solutions approved methods.
As we handle a lot of different overhaul works/ repairs, the list below provides a general idea of the most common services we can offer you.
Four –stroke engines:
- Overhaul and repair of four-stroke engine component
- Repair and rebuilding of complete auxiliary engines (small bore)
- Honing of any cylinder liner up to a bore of 280 mm
- Overhaul of fuel equipment, conventional as well as common rail systems
- Ultrasonic cleaning of small components
Two – stroke engines:
- Overhaul and repair of all two-stroke fuel valve types
- Overhaul and repair of Alpha lubricators
Turbocharger
Our specialists will also assist you with overhauling your Turbocharger for all MAN T/C Types (NA, NR, TCA, TCR, TCA, TCX).
- Ash blasting of the components
- Non-destructive testing/evaluation of the parts
- Static & Dynamic balancing
- Retrofitting/upgrading of older turbochargers
