Sales Coordinator Order Management

Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and improving information flow from customer enquiry to final customer payment. The job holder will be assigned to handle mainly the customer orders and to finalize it on time to ensure accurate invoicing and cash flow. This individual will act as the interface to our customers, suppliers on assigned projects.

As Sales Coordinator you:

  • Verifies customer information as per company guideline.
  • Places sales quotations for workshop and onboard service jobs by adhere to all MAN compliance guidelines.
  • Receives and respond to customer queries.

Technician is responsible for all type of operational support in all phases of the field service activities and projects 

As Engine Technician you:

  • Technician is responsible for his own work tasks as required by seniors time to time in accordance with assigned responsibilities
  • As per instructions, responsible to inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
  • Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.
  • Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions.
  • Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices as per instructions.

  • A Superintendent Engineer is responsible for the team, his own work tasks as required in accordance with his assigned responsibilities.
  • Supervises and leads a team of service engineers & technicians, skilled labour, and work crews in all activities concerned with field engineering works aspects.

Commissioning Engineer

Supervise all field service manpower on site during the commissioning work or other field work activities. Supervise and coordinate all MAN ES field service staff, as well as all other externally appointed manpower, i.e. customer or third party as required and instructed

As Commissioning Engineer you:

  • Advise on commissioning requirements of projects on site
  • Site management responsibility from mechanical completion of the MAN equipment until hand over to the client.
  • Pre-commissioning and hot commissioning of turbo machinery and its auxiliaries
  • Supports the customer in all questions related to commissioning of the MAN supplied equipment
  • Controls and coordinates correct interaction between turbo machinery and customer process
  • Instruction of customer personnel related to operation and maintenance

  • Start-up of compressor, verify mechanical running behavior

  • Supervise test operation and optimize process integration
  • Complete commissioning of installations, including completing of all relevant inspections and checks, liaison with the client and the MAN project managers, and handover of the installation to the customer at completion of commissioning.
  • Function testing of auxiliary equipment, such as lube oil pump, motors, actuator, etc.

The role of a Sales Coordinator reports to the Head of Division Spare Parts Sales & Business Development. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of quotations and ordering of spares, liaison with freight companies, stock control and asset registration.
