We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer Turbomachinery.

We can offer you the following tasks

• Execution / Supervision of mechanical works at customer sites, mainly on turbomachinery
• Planning, organization, preparation & coordination of such site works with MAN ES internal as well as customer staff & contractors
• Professional guidance and instruction of the crew employed (own, clients and / or contractors) during the site works
• Professional guidance and instruction of the crew employed (own, clients and / or contractors) during the site works
• Perform administration, reporting and documentation for the work performed
• First response to our clients in Spain and European Region for any emergency on MAN ES turbomachinery 

You can help us with these qualifications

• Education in mechanical works and turbomachinery knowledge (experience 5 years in rotating equipment).
• Practical experience in performing repairs, overhauls and modifications on turbomachinery, willing to travel mainly within Spain / Europe
• Agility and flexibility to work with internal / external clients / partners and authorities
• Good communication and organization skills, verbally and in writing
• Good knowledge in English language, as well base software (Word, Excel, Project, etc.)
• HSE rules and regulations

You can help us with these qualifications

• Degree qualifications in Engineering, Logistics, Business or equivalent
• Min. 5 years experience in a technical, engineering or military discipline
• Experience with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), engineering, material management, and maintenance activities
• Intimate understanding of the application of US Military and or Commercial Logistics standards
• Strong knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel, Powerpoint, Word
• Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages, e.g. French, German, Arabic etc. beneficial)
• Superior communications and organizational skills

You can help us with these qualifications

• BSc in Engineering, mechanical or electrical, MBA, BBA or similar degree in administration.
• Experience with technical engine operation, trouble-shooting and maintenance on MES engines.
• Strong knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Word Project Management or similar.
• Entrepreneurial, self-disciplined, highly motivated with ability to work with focus on departmental priorities.
• Ability to travel as required by business needs.
• Work in international settings and exhibit proper business and cultural sensitivity.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages beneficial, i.e German).

• Qualify and develop a sales strategy for promising leads incl. internal & external communication
• Prepare and conducts sales presentations for all organizational levels of customer’s organization
• Prepare calculations and quotations to customers
• Negotiate and close service agreements directly with customers

• Degree in Business and/or Engineering and/or Legal

We can offer you the following tasks

The Superintendent Engineer duty is to manage complex field service missions (onshore and offshore), supervise a team and be responsible for corporate customers. You will be stationed at MAN ES Spain premises in Valencia.

• Carry out maintenance and repair jobs on 4 stroke engines, hydraulic, pneumatic and control systems.
• Be an expert and responsible to manage complex field service missions according to all Global PrimeServ policies, processes & guidelines.
• Comply with all Engineering Standards, Quality Assurance / Quality Control and Safety procedures, plus all Company rules and regulations and ensure compliance with them.
• Instruct employees if necessary with less experience or qualifications deploy employees according to their qualifications, monitor the execution of work, check the results of work.
• Be an extra resource at the PrimeServ office in supporting customers with technical support.
• Provide input for the Service Manager with appraisal and assessment interviews.
• Assist in gathering market information and maximize selling opportunities
• Issue a service report and/or check the reports received from technicians and correcting any incorrect/missing points.
• Keep the records of documents and relevant reports for all activities and works in accordance with ISO and MAN ES rules and directives requirements, and file these records as hard copies.
• Assist workshops in technical matters as required, establish and maintain good business relations and communication with all customers.

You can help us with these qualifications

• M.Sc. degree in Engineering or related work experience of 10+ years as a motorman on sea going vessel or field service engineering position.
• Good reporting skills and reporting any findings in the field in writing.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• High knowledge of Spanish and English language, written and spoken.

•  Graduate from Senior High School and Apprentice training with experience > 5 years with diesel engines in technical service position, specially two stroke and electronic engines (ME)
• Experience in reading technical documents, instructions, sketches/explanation of details and cross sectional drawings
• Good reporting skills and reporting any findings in the field in writing
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• High knowledge of Spanish and English language, written and spoken.
