We can offer you the following tasks:

Technician is responsible for all type of operational support in all phases of the field service activities and projects 

As Quality Control Engineer you will have following duties:

• Carries out Inspection of incoming customer items like Turbomachinery rotors. Visual, Measurement and Non Destructive testing inspections. Interpretation of results. Guides the NDT technician .
• Preparation of incoming inspection reports. Interpretation of documents like WPS/PQR.
• Carries out incoming inspection of purchased materials as per requirement. Inspection of Jobs at Vendor workshops
• Carries out pre dispatch inspection of repaired Turbomachinery items .
• Carries out ISO 9000 activities. Assists the workshop Engineer /Balancing Engineer in QA/QC/ISO9000 issues
• Ensuring smooth job execution in coordination with Balancing Engr . Handling customer inspections.

   

  You can help us with these qualifications:

• Diploma  / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering . Courses in NDT Techniques like MP/UT/DP: familiarity with international NDT Codes
• 7 years or more experience for inspection of Turbomachinery items in Repair Workshops .Should have had direct responsibility
• Good English communication skills- oral and written. Experience in ISO 9000 , and HSSE an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of usage of measurement tools like Micrometer screw gauge , Vernier calipers and others.
• Knowledge of non destructive techniques like ultrasonic testing and radiography. Additional knowledge of repair of Turbomachinery Components. knowledge of WPS/PQR
• Demonstrated engineering approach
• Able to carry out instructions 
• Excellent skills set required in areas  defined in competence profile
• Cooperative and team orientation
• Interpersonal, as well as intercultural skills
• Good coordination, organization and communication skills
• Ability to uphold the highest ethical standards, high integrity

As Store Officer you will have following duties:

• Responsible for managing the warehouse activities for the Power Plant including keeping inventory records of all parts (mandatory and packaged parts),defining min/max limits for the spare parts, tools and consumables required for the maintenances (planned and unplanned activities.
• Preparing the purchase requests for the spare parts as per requirement of planned activities and as per inventory level to maintain safety stocks.
• Maintaining inward and outward records of the inventories for power plant activities.
• Arranging the material inspection and follow up rejections.
• Manage and perform required preservation of spare parts and tools, and reporting deficiencies appropriately

You can help us with these qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Logistic management or Procurement, or BSc./BE or College Diploma in Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in managing warehouse of a medium size industry.
• Having adequate knowledge about power plant parts and tools.
• Having knowledge about ERP software/ Computerized Maintenance Management System for inventory control.
• Must have knowledge of MSDS of Hazardous goods.
• Must have good level of language skills in English.
