- Develop and execute the sales and promotion strategy for the assigned territory and supporting MAN ES regionally.
- Manage order intake and revenue planning, including goal setting for the assigned business area.
- Support growth strategies within the region and geographical area and build mid and long-term projections for potential development.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including development of opportunity, building the sales strategy, "leading" the entire sales process
- Negotiate and close deal on sales contracts, frame contracts and service agreements. Facilitating and participating in technical and commercial (terms & conditions), tender preparation and evaluations.
- Build strong customer relationships, develop customer trust, and understand the customer needs.
- Execute and builds a strong sales pipeline, customer leads through marketing activities, and order value to achieve set sales objectives
- Ensure customer’s payment and collection are within schedule
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Seasoned sales management experience with 10+ years of related experience, preferably in rotating equipment (turbo compressor, steam turbines and expander)
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high degree of customer satisfaction orientation
- Demonstrated sales success, with complex sales, in the targeted regional market
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence key decision makers at all levels of the business
- Detailed understanding of business both technical and commercial
- Having good relationship with local potential customer and business decision maker
- Having excellent knowledge of the local market
- Excellent communication skills
