We can offer you the following tasks:

▪ Overall supervision of all operation activities to ensure the trouble-free operation of the power plant during shift duty.

▪ Receive and handle Power Off-Taker notification and coordinate the response with the Operation Manager.

▪ Maintain an accurate logbook of all the activities during a shift and report to the Operation Manager about the events of concern.

▪ Assist in the scheduling of the Operations Team.

▪ In case of any modification in the customer requirements, the Shift Supervisor informs the Operations Manager, revises the production plan, and follows other necessary instructions, and ensures their implementation.

▪ Maintaining plant availability as per PPA with the off taker.

▪ Daily correspondence with NCC on load dispatch instructions

▪ Smooth operations in alignment with contractual obligations.

▪ Supervise the Shift Team during the Plant Start-up Preparation, Plant Start-up, and subsequent Plant Operation.

▪ Prepare the Plant performance data for reports as per requirements.

▪ Supervise the Oil Decanting activities, as required.

▪ Investigate in coordination with the Operation Manager the causes of operation non-conformance.

▪ Prepare the documentation of instructions and actions taken concerning non-conforming as per the production plan.

▪ Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities during the shift.

▪ Implement operation plans and instructions of Operation Manager during the shift.

▪ Coordinate with the other departments for routine activities.

▪ Ensure clean and safe work areas as per EHS policies.

▪ Ensure the shift activities are executed as per the approved SOPs

▪ Preparation of daily, monthly semi-annual and annual reports

▪ Any additional duties as assigned by management.

You can help us with these qualifications:

▪ BSc Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical engineer with five years of related experience (preferably in the Power Plant) with team lead experience

▪ Computer savvy with knowledge of ERP systems.

▪ Willingness to be placed at site location under Prime Serv O&M

▪ Electrical or Mechanical engineer with five years of related experience (preferably in the Power Plant) with team lead experience

▪ High-level communication skills in English, verbal & written

▪ High level of coordination, organized, and communication skills in a dynamic environment.

▪ Good interpersonal presentation, as well as intercultural skills and understanding
