You will refer to the head of Academies in Denmark and the Head of PrimeServ Marine Power in India. 
• Your primary task will be to teach (physically and online) as well as supporting our local partner Anglo Eastern Training Centre; Mumbai in operating our online simulator platform. The focus will primarily be on the engines, rapidly developing with different fuel types, significantly reducing CO2 emissions. The material is used for online and face-to-face teaching in our academies worldwide.  
• The course participants are our customers' employees. You will meet engineers, technical staff, and other employees from shipping companies who are going to learn all about our 2-stroke engines. Thus, you will feel how your work contributes to making course participants and companies more knowledgeable about our products so that they can operate and ensure optimal utilization of the engines.

• Education : Bachelor of Electrical Engineering

• Experience : 4-5 years of relevant experience is required

• Skills : Synchronous and asynchronous motors, frequency converters, transformers, coolers and switchgear in the medium voltage range, explosion protection, engine instrumentation

• Degree in Marine / Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 10 to 12 years of Sailing experience in various levels (viz, Second engineer, Chief engineer etc.) with commercial vessels worldwide.
• Knowledge or working with MAN B&W 2-stroke MB, MC engine is necessary. Experience on ME engines with knowledge in Electrical is of advantage.
• Preference to be given to Chief-Engineers who have experience in Operation & maintenance, trouble shooting of large diesel marine engines.

• Application of the technical, administrative and commercial planning and scheduling of new installations, maintenance and service activities on Turbo Machinery Equipment for Field Service Personnel.
• Ensure that qualified FSE according to the Competence Management System are assigned to Field Service activities.
• Calculate and issue quotations for service, troubleshooting, new installations and commissioning activities.
• Create   the   specifications   for   any   site   subcontractor   personnel   that are required for installation / commissioning.
• Evaluation of subcontractors’ quotation and selection of qualified subcontractors for Field Service Assignments in cohesion with the Field Service Pool.
• Coordination & communication among all parties involved in the Field Service activities. Arrange and lead the kick off / pre-installation meeting as well as follow up site inspections.
• Arrange, review and complete all the necessary documentation and work instructions for the Field Service staff in order for planned activities to be completed safely including Risk Assessments and HSE assessments.
• Arrange   for   Field   Service   staff   Exchange   with   the   MAN   Energy   Solutions   Field   Service Pools in the Global Organization.
• Arrange for the necessary consumables, tooling, lifting, and other equipment required.
• Arrange   and   perform   the   briefing   and   the   debriefing   meetings   with the delegated field service staff.
• Provide technical and administrative support to the Field Service personnel during their assignments.
• Complete   all   Field   Service   Quality   Documentation   as required by the MAN Energy Solutions quality systems.

Ensure   regular   reporting   in   writing   to   the   management   of   all   activities,   commercial, technical and personnel issues.

• The Mechanical Field Engineer’s duty is to execute Field Service work, onshore and offshore worldwide as instructed by the MDT supervisor.
• Carry out tasks on new installations, maintenance and repairing activities on STG , turbo compressors, steam turbines, expanders and other rotating equipment as instructed by the Supervisor/Site Manager.
• In the absence of a Field Service Supervisor, independently take over and carry out temporarily the leading tasks at site
• Ensure that all findings and work is clearly reported in writing
• Erection & Commissioning of STG and Other Turbomachinery including compressors, Gearbox and Auxiliaries.
• Leading and handling major LSTK Overhauls
• Perform all work at site in a safe, efficient, neat and timely manner as instructed by the MDT Supervisor
• Prepare necessary consumables, tooling and lifting equipment
• Plan, organize and direct activities at site to the personnel assigned
• Disassemble/reassemble rotating equipment on site including recording all the required data and proper marking of all the parts
• Actively assist with ideas and solutions during trouble shooting or problem solving
• Independently knows how to fill in time sheet, expense report and other technical documentation correctly and submits them regularly.
• Maintains personal tools clean and routinely does inventory check.
• Complete Quality documentation (Performa’s, reading sheets, etc.) as required by the MAN Turbo quality systems or the job instructions
• Disassemble, inspect and reassemble machinery following pre-established work scopes or using own judgement in situation were no work scope could be defined, i.e. emergency repairs, problem solving, etc. All work to be completed following current MAN ES instructions, or established good engineering practices
• Work to prescribed clearances / tolerances as dictated by the manufacturer’s specifications or good engineering practice
• At completion of field service assignment, ensure all equipment is cleaned and returned to the base in good time and good condition. The site is cleaned and organised to meet with customer’s expectations, and MAN ES standards
• At the end of each field service assignment, a report of the job completed is expected as quickly as reasonably possible. Good practice would be to complete parts of the report as the field service job is getting completed, allowing a report to be completed after finishing a field service assignment in minimal time
• Flexibility to work longer hours, weekends, shifts, etc. to meet with customers scheduling requirements

Such changes would be discussed and agreed with the Controls Commissioning Engineer before they are implemented.

• Grinding on Rotor journals using grinding attachment on Lathe.
• Installing and aligning Stator part on the Horizontal Boring Machine.
• Carrying out drilling and boring operations on Horizontal Boring machine using correct Boring Bars / Tools/Special Jigs and fixtures
• Carrying out various machining operations on general purpose Milling machine
• Carrying out various grinding operations on general purpose Surface Grinding machine
• Carrying out various drilling operations on general purpose Radial Drilling machine
• Ability to decide on cutting speed and machine speeds depending on the material being cut and tool being used.

• Support Engineering teams during Order Fulfilment in preparation of SIL risk assessments and in the development and validation of safety controls.
• Create & review documents like - SIL calculation, SIL risk assessment, SIL assessment summary, safety requirements specification, SIS validation reports, SIS configuration list and certificates.
• Lead design reviews for reliability, safety, and compliance programs for overall plant, including detail reviews of equipment in Steam Turbine Generator systems.
• Support Engineering teams in safe design during new product development by designing & integrating controls/electrical/systems related Safety Instrumented System (SIS) for Steam Turbine Product Line.
• Engage with external parties like Customers, Suppliers & packagers to audit and implement Functional Safety requirements.
• Align with global functional safety team to meet the functional safety expertise.

• Education : Bachelors or Master's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation & Controls Engineering

• Experience : 5-8 years of experience in various aspects of Hazop & Product Safety

• Skills : Experience in automation technology in the field of plant construction · In-depth knowledge of PCS7 or Allen Bradley or other control platforms

• Sound knowledge of ATEX

• Problem analysis and resolution skills (supporting HAZOP & SIL Risk Assessment reviews). · Good  knowledge in IEC & IEEE codes and standards as well as working knowledge of international design codes and standards, such as IEEE, NEC, ISA, IEC, NFPA, EN, CE, ATEX, EMC, ANSI, API, DIN etc.

Involve in Product Security Testing, Involvement in test cycle execution – verifying the product change. As a part of the job, collaborate with the development team on test results, defects and resolution tracking.

• Participate in Security Testing of the ECS product.
• Perform static and dynamic Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing
• Shall involve in the security Audit to identify gaps in Application Security, Network security.
• The team members shall prepare the audit plans, test cases, and test scenarios to perform the security audit.
• Shall be involved in ad-hoc Security Test execution.
• Perform to achieve the highest possible work efficiency

Job Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of Security Testing and Analysis.
• Experience of Nmap, Wireshark, Burp Suite, OpenVAS, and Metasploit
• Knowledge of Manual Security Testing.
• Experience in Test Automation.
• Experience in Security and Vulnerability Analysis, and monitoring of CVE database.
• Good understanding of Network protocols.
• Good requirement analysis skills.

• BE (CS, IT, Electronics) or Master's degree in Computer MCA/MCS, M Sc / B Sc – IT
• Preferred advanced Cyber Security Diploma + other related courses.

• Ability to resolve Technical issue's & problems faced by Customer related to Application Engineering and Documentation.
• Coordination & Leadership Qualities.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
• Knowledge in Heavy Equipment Industry preferably in Marine / Automobile Industry Segment.
