• Handling of C4S and SEPS and Improvement in response time, increase customer satisfaction, identify growth area by data analysis.
• Maintain MIS data of service team and keep track on projects profitability and prepare monthly reporting of Field Service data.

  Keep all the records in line and properly maintain it to help the customer tracking and speedup the process.
