Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
Qualification
De formation BTS de type MCI ou niveau équivalent acquis par l’expérience, vous présentez au moins
5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire.
Vous disposez de solides connaissances en mécanique et particulièrement du moteur Diesel et de ses auxiliaires pour être en mesure d’effectuer un diagnostic rapide. Idéalement, vous connaissez l’hydraulique ou d’autres domaines de compétences (pneumatique, thermodynamique, électrotechnique, génie civil).
Autonome et ouvert d’esprit, vous êtes à l’aise pour rédiger des rapports et faites preuve également d’une grande motivation professionnelle pour assumer les déplacements fréquents à l’étranger.
Ayant le goût du challenge, vous avez travaillé dans un environnement multiculturel et vous pratiquez l’anglais couramment (oral et écrit).
Manager des Techniciens itinérants (H/F)

Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, nous recrutons pour la Direction Technique de PRIMESERV basée à SAINT-NAZAIRE (44) notre futur Manager des Techniciens itinérants.
De formation technique, de préférence dans le domaine des moteurs thermiques, niveau BAC + 5 ou équivalent, vous avez une expérience significative d’environ 10 ans en management d’équipes techniques essentiellement en distanciel, dans un environnement industriel, international et multiculturel. De ce fait, vous êtes à l’aise pour communiquer en anglais (oral/écrit) avec vos homologues dans le Groupe.
Vos missions : manager une équipe d’une quarantaine de Field Service Engineers itinérants et leur apporter le support nécessaire à la réussite des interventions sur site (support HSE, logistique, technique, formations et habilitations).
A partir des demandes des services Exécution Projets, des Affaires Field Services ou du Neuvage (Segments Power, Marine, Licences),vous identifiez les ressources nécessaires et les compétences pour les activités à réaliser et assurez la planification en effectuant la priorisation et les arbitrages requis le cas échéant.
Vous êtes aguerri au pilotage RH d’équipe : recrutement, entretiens annuels, identification des besoins et mise en œuvre des formations, développement des performances individuelles et collectives n’ont plus de secret pour vous.
Véritable relai de la politique QHSE & amélioration continue sur votre périmètre, vous faites appliquer les règles en matière de sécurité et d’environnement, participez à l’évaluation des risques, mettez en œuvre les actions visant au « zéro défaut qualité » et « zéro accident ».
Nous recherchons avant tout une personne qui a démontré ses capacités managériales et de leadership pour accompagner en distanciel des équipes intervenant sur des sites à l’étranger, dans un esprit de satisfaction des clients internes. Des déplacements ponctuels sur site sont à prévoir.

Regional Business Development Manager Nuclear, Europe (H/F)
For its development of the nuclear sub-segment, the company is looking for a Regional Business Development Manager, Europe.
We can offer you the following tasks
For the sub-segment defined fields of activity and in its Region / Countries under responsibility :
- Promotes the Nuclear sub-segment fields of activity and position MAN ES as a “go to” supplier in customer minds for these fields
- Assesses and develops new business opportunities
- Identifies and evaluates new market potentials based on customer and market information
- Provides the relevant market information and evaluations to the sub-segment central organization
- Based on customer and market information, identifies, evaluates and submits new commercial leads in close cooperation with the sub-segment central organization
- Identifies and configures required products / services / competences / solutions for the customer (Value Proposition) in close cooperation with the sub-segment central organization
- Qualifies and develops the leads until they can be handed over to Sales organization
- Is the sub-segment local face-to-customer : ensures smooth communication with the customer in close cooperation with the Sales manager after handing over, and also during project execution
- Maintains competitor benchmarks / analysis in close cooperation with Market Intelligence
- Assesses and compares our business model with partners / competitors / alternative solutions
- Maintains a continuous optimization of existing business models
Interface with various departments, in particular other departments in the nuclear sub-segment, Market Intelligence, PrimeServ and production centers.
You will report functionally to the Nuclear Sub-segment Central Business Development Manager (functionally) and to the Head of Region Europe.
Regular travel in Europe is to be expected.
You can help us with these skills and qualifications
You already have initial experience (engineer or equivalent) in the civil nuclear sector, knowledge of the ecosystem and market players. You will be responsible for promoting the nuclear sub-segment's offer to the various players in the sector, assess the associated markets, identify and shortlist potential customers and partners to support the strategy, and provide the sales organization with qualified business opportunities.
You are able to communicate in English in an international environment and on complex projects (C1 level).
Above all, we're looking for a dynamic, committed individual with experience in the nuclear sector (ideally > 5 years), proven interpersonal skills with customers, and general technical knowledge of nuclear power plants and their operation. A first experience in business development would be an asset.
Where we need you
While the role will involve close collaboration with our teams in France, the position offers flexibility and does not require a France-based location. We welcome applicants from other European countries. We have offices in France (Saint Nazaire & Puteaux), the UK (Redhill & Stockport), and other locations, which can serve as optional working bases if preferred.

Regional Commercial Manager Industries, Europe (H/F)
The company is looking for a Regional Commercial Manager to negotiate and guarantee the integrity of the contracts proposed with customers, in support of the sales force for the segment Industries in Europe.
We can offer you the following tasks
- Evaluate contracts proposed by customers (including confidentiality agreements, framework agreements, etc.) concerning potential risks and propose contractual clauses in accordance with MAN Energy Solutions Group rules.
- Prepare offers on contractual clauses with merchants
- Coordinate bids with the various Product Centers and with the Finance departments on ways of securing customer payments, the Insurance department to cover potential risks, the Tax and Customs/Export Control department to avoid risks in relation to regulations, and the Legal and Compliance departments.
- Prepare documents required for internal approval of bids
- Support the execution team after signature
The position reports to the Head of Sales Industries, Europe and the CFO of MAN ES France.
You can help us with these skills and qualifications
- Bac+5 - Business or law school
- Knowledge of French and international commercial law
- 5 to 10 years professional experience in legal, commercial, tax and financial aspects of contract law
- Entrepreneurial approach, rigorous and motivated to work closely with sales teams
- Commercial negotiation skills
- Languages: French, good written and spoken, English (contractual language), German a plus
- Writing skills (in French and English)
- MS Office especially Word
