We can offer you the following tasks:

• Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions in the field or in the workshop.
• Be able to do the fitter jobs, marking, sawing, filing, drilling, reaming, tapping the thread and do the normal machining work such as grinding, milling and turning.
• Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.
• Perform routine maintenance on boilers, installing replacement parts, or reinforcing structural weaknesses to ensure optimal boiler efficiency.
• Assemble equipment at installation sites, using tools such as levels, plumb bobs, hammers, torches, or other hand tools.
• Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using specific tools as required.
• Assemble, install, or repair mechanical components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment.
• Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery.
• Adjust functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges.
• Plan and lay out repair work, using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams.
• Operate cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.

You can help us with these qualifications

  • Diploma / vocational education or related to meet the requirements of education or experience
  • Understanding of the business both technical and commercial levels
  • Read and understand technical drawings, work procedures and specifications
  • Customer orientation and good communication skills
  • Willingness to travel on short and long term deployments to service sites worldwide
  • Egyptian National will be given preference

Field Service Coordinator & Consulting Engineer

We can offer you the following tasks:

  • Manage Pool of engineer located in North Africa
  • Dispatch the engineers as per requirements
  • First point for the discussion with Client on field service matters, such as overhaul, troubleshooting…
  • Coordinate the Filed Service projects Field service processes
  • Independently carry out the technical, administrative and commercial planning and scheduling of new installations, maintenance and service activities on Turbo machinery equipment for Field Service personnel.
  • Calculate and issue quotations for Service, troubleshooting, new installation and commissioning.
  • Draw up the specifications for any needed site subcontractors for installation/commissioning personnel
  • Evaluation of subcontractors quotation and select qualified subcontractors for Field Service work all in collusion with the Field Service pool
  • Coordination & communication among all parties involved in the field service activities. Arrange and lead the kick-off/pre-installation meeting as well as follow up site inspections.
  • Arrange, review and compile all the necessary documentation and work instructions for the Field Service staff to complete planned activities safely, including Risk Assessments and HSE assessments.
  • Arrange with Global Organization MDT Pools for Field Service staff exchange.
  • Arrange for the necessary consumables, tooling, lifting and other needed equipment.
  • Arrange and perform the briefing and the de-briefing meetings with the delegated Field Service personnel.
  • Technical & administrative Support of the Field Service personnel during their site assignments.
  • Ensure that all work done in the field is clearly reported and documented.
  • Cost control and financial completion for each Field Service project.
  • Complete Field Service Quality documentation as required by the MAN Turbo quality systems
  • Technical consulting for all mechanical operating issues of local turbomachinery fleet.
  • Sales support on local turbomachinery fleet.
  • Regular participation on customer visits in the region in order to recognize and develop business opportunities for all PrimeServ Turbo products like spare parts, revamps, service contracts and field service
  • Identify and develop opportunities of third party machine business with existing and new customers.
  • Provide active product safety monitoring on local fleet.
  • Feedback and tracking of all incidents relevant for product safety (Near Misses; damages, malfunctions, etc.).
  • Support of field service personnel in case of technical problems.
  • Carry out root cause analyses including reporting and  documentation
     

You can help us with these qualifications

Essential 

  • 7-10 years of experience in calculation and or design and or erection of Turbomachinery, Rotating Equipment and sub systems, steam turbines, turbo compressors, and expanders, Rotating Equipment and sub systems.
  • English speaking is a MUST and preferably additionally French
  • Strong personal and social skills to maintain good customer relation in strained situations
  • Broad understanding of operational behavior of turbomachinery, their components and their principle control philosophies
  • Strong analytical skills as well as vital imagination and intuition to explore root causes of given problems
  • Knowledge of local technical standards and directives
  • Familiarity & knowledge of turbomachinery

Desirable 

  • Certified Project/contract Manager or similar training
  • Experience in quality assurance
  • Certified Project/contract Manager or similar training
  • Experience in quality assurance
  • Machinery diagnostic training
  • Profound knowledge of design details of turbomachinery sub-systems and their components with strong engineering background
  • Experience in working with standard IT systems (Office, SAP, etc.)

Head Of Sales & Service - PrimServ Marine & Power

The function Holder is responsible for the Primserv Marine & Power Segment in the assigned territory and that in respective of  sales and service activities. He/she is responsible for developing and executing the sales, promotion, service and workshop strategy for the assigned country and supporting Everllence regionally. He / she oversees all aspects of the sales, service and workshop process and defines the target order intake, sales budget, fostering sales leads and providing support to customers for the purpose of generating additional business for Everllence. Negotiates and concludes contracts aligned with the Regional Center and its management.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans in coordination with management and product centers.
  • Set and monitor order intake and revenue goals for assigned business areas.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape marketing and negotiation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, generate leads, and manage CRM activities.
  • Lead international sales projects, prepare quotations, and negotiate long-term contracts and service agreements.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Manage sales budgets, reporting, and team development.
  • Plan and oversee maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of equipment (ships/power plants) globally.
  • Ensure technical excellence and budget compliance in service execution.
  • Lead the Service Department, including staff training, competence development, and documentation.
  • Manage workshop operations, job scheduling, and resource coordination.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Workshop teams for reporting and project coordination.
  • Support new marine sales projects with local insights and customer engagement.

  You can help us with these qualifications:

  • Seasoned sales management experience with 10+ years of related experience, preferably in the same industry
  • Experience in leading a Sales and Service Team
  • Demonstrated sales success, with complex sales, in the targeted regional  market
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of the local market
  • Knowledge of Everllence products and services
  • Detailed understanding of business both technical and commercial
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence key decision makers at all levels of the business
  • Demonstrated ability to present and close proposals to position Everllence as the customers winning supplier
  • Commercial background, preferably MBA
  • Able to network and find out emerging opportunities in given market
  • SAP
  • Experience of working within a multinational company
