Sales Engineer
The Sales Engineer will drive sales growth and expand market presence by developing strategies, building customer relationships, and providing value-driven solutions. The role involves identifying business opportunities, processing orders, managing spare parts sales, and supporting service teams to ensure seamless execution.

We can offer you the following tasks:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Build strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and provide value-driven solutions.
- Identify business opportunities, issue quotations, process orders, and participate in tenders.
- Manage spare parts sales, support service teams, and ensure smooth order execution.
- Gather market intelligence, track industry trends, and prepare reports to drive business decisions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, improve efficiency in sales processes, and maintain accurate records.
You can help us with these qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in EEE/Marine/Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field; an MBA is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in heavy equipment manufacturing or machinery.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of the business.
- Proven track record in sales, especially in complex sales within the targeted regional market.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical expertise in engines and spare parts sales.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Team player with an intercultural mindset.
