Cross-Mentoring Event in Augsburg

As part of the network of the 8th Cross-Mentoring event in Augsburg, on 7th November 2018 we hosted the "Cross Consult, Just Culture – In complex working worlds – Creating a constructive culture of trust and error" event at our MAN museum in Augsburg.

Representatives from fifty companies in the region attended the presentation given by Prof. Rascher, Professor of Business Psychology at the University of Applied Management. Although they came from a range of sectors, the participants were able to exchange ideas and experiences in a positive, constructive discussion. It's a thumbs up from us for this successful event. We're already looking forward to next time.
